1- How does it work?
Reverse air is used to clean dual bag filters in a double bag dust collector after they have collected dust. To remove impurities from the filter bags, it typically uses a high-pressure air blast. By capturing coarse or large particles generated during woodworking and machining operations, the collector's design is crucial for improving air quality.
2- What is the best delivery time? and what's the warranty?
Normally we keep all models in stock with 380V. If you have special order, then the delivery time is based on quantity. It has one year warranty for whole machine.
3- How to select a suitable dust collector accordingly?
We are professional manufacturer for woodworking industry, so we keep full range series dust collectors, 2.2kw, 3kw, 4kw, 5.5kw, 7.5kw, 11kw, and we have 2 bags unit and 4 bags opptions for over 5.5kw dust collectors. Normally, we suggest 3kw dust collector for small machines, like panel saw, spindle moulder, wood planner, or other small machines. For edge bander or beam saw, we can connect 7.5kw or dust clean system for whole workshop unit which depends on the investment. If you can't decide how to choose, welcome to contact.
4- What is the packing? Is it easy to be damaged while transporting?
The standard packing is carton box as below, but if you deliver by LCL, then it's better add a plywood box for safety.
