Material selection also requires quality, temperature, parallelism and verticality of the cut surface. Indoor temperature and dust concentration in the working environment also need to be considered. Material in operation, edge band, speed, pressure, balance and coherence of rubber shaft operation will affect the edge sealing effect. 4. Maintenance methods of curved straight-line edge-sealing machine Some problems and faults will also occur in the use of curved straight-line edge-sealing machine. Common faults are:

1. Electrical malfunction. Including the main engine stop, temperature rise is not fast, program disorders, etc., do not eliminate in time, will burn the motor and heating pipe, and even damage the entire mechanical system. Maintenance mainly checks electrical control box, motor, heating pipe, delay, etc. This kind of overhaul is usually repaired by a professional or manufacturer.

2. Breakdown of gas path. Including valve failure, air leakage, low air pressure, cutting knife, feeding does not work, mainly check the integrity of various pneumatic components, replacement parts can be manufactured under the guidance of technical personnel.

3. Mechanical failure. Mainly include transmission failure, uneven gluing, feeding failure and cutter failure, etc. Mainly check the intact condition and solid parts of the mechanical parts, and whether the transmission parts are offset.

4. Bonding failure. Such as sticking, deviation, entrainment and so on, this is a comprehensive failure, which is related to the rubber shaft, sealing sideband, sol, base material and operation. This kind of fault may occur alternately or singly. The specific maintenance depends on the situation.
